Weather forecast for Bulgaria for Friday, July 16

Weather will be suitable for sunbathing

Clear skies are in the forecast for Bulgaria for Friday night. It will be mostly sunny on July 16. Cumulus clouds will form in the afternoon hours, more significant in Northern Bulgaria and the mountain areas with chances of occasional showers and thunderstorms. There will be moderate northerly wind. There will be light to moderate northerly and northwesterly winds. Southerly and southeasterly winds are expected in the eastern parts of the country. Maximum temperatures will reach 32°C-37°C, for Sofia around 32°C.

It will be mostly sunny the mountains. There will be occasional showers and thunderstorms in some mountain areas. Light to moderate northwesterly winds are expected. Maximum temperature at an altitude of 1,200 meters will reach 26°C, at 2,000 meters- around 18°C.

It will be sunny along the Black Sea coast. There will be scattered clouds in the afternoon. Light to moderate southerly and southeasterly winds are also in the forecast. Daytime highs at 28°C-31°C. The seawater temperature is 23°C-25°C. Sea state-1-2.
