Policy in the social sphere will have priority in the upcoming negotiations to form a government with the third mandate of the President. This was what Deputy Prime Minister and leader of the BSP, Kornelia Ninova, who was present at the report of Minister of Social Affairs, Georgi Gyokov, on the work done by the Ministry in the past 7 months, said. "Our main problems remain inflation, high prices, low incomes, poverty, inequality," Ninova added.

Today, she met with employers' organizations who said it was important to form a government in order to have stability and predictability. "Elections now would hinder industry and the adoption of laws needed for implementation of the Recovery and Resilience Plan," the organizations said, the Ministry of Economy has reported.

Representatives of small and medium-sized enterprises have expressed concern over the lack of clarity regarding gas supplies and prices. They called for resumption of negotiations with Gazprom.
