Weather forecast for Bulgaria for Tuesday, August 30

There will be significant clouds over Western Bulgaria on Monday night with a chance of occasional showers mainly in the southwestern parts of the country. The weather on August 30 will be mostly sunny. Cumulus and cumulonimbus clouds will form in Western Bulgaria around noon and in the afternoon hours with a chance of brief showers and thunderstorms. There will be light to moderate easterly and northeasterly winds. There will be westerly and northwesterly wind in the western parts of the country in the afternoon. Maximum temperatures will fluctuate between 28°C and 33°C, for Sofia around 28°C.

Over the Black Sea coast the weather will be mostly sunny with temporary increase in cloudiness in the afternoon. There will be light to moderate easterly and northeasterly winds. Daytime highs will reach 29°C-30°C. The seawater temperature is 26°C-27°C. Sea state 1-2.

Over the mountains there will be significant clouds. Cumulus and cumulonimbus clouds will form in the afternoon with a chance of brief showers and thunderstorms. There will be moderate easterly and northeasterly winds. Maximum temperature at an altitude of 1,200 meters will reach 23°C, at 2,000 meters- around 16°C.
