Starting today, persons wishing to get a booster dose against the coronavirus can take advantage of Pfizer/BioNTech's adapted mRNA vaccine, Bulgaria's Ministry of Health announced. This can be done in the immunization offices of regional health inspectorates and hospitals, as well as with GPs.
Adapted vaccines are suitable for people over 12 years of age - at the earliest 3 months after the primary course of immunization has been completed or after a booster has been administered.
Currently, Bulgaria has received 290,880 doses of the vaccine.
