“There is no accurate information how many Bulgarians there are in Russia,” Foreign Minister in the caretaker government Nikolay Milkov said at a briefing.
“Bulgarians with dual citizenship are treated as Russian citizens as long as they are on the territory of Russia, and they have military obligations,” he added.
