In August Tilev wanted to renew his cross-border passport, but the police informed him that a European arrest warrant had been issued against him and handcuffed him on the spotTilev found out later that he was accused by the German Prosecutor's Office of participating in an organised criminal group for financial fraud amounting to 14 million euros.

The subject of the investigation is a company called "Team Group" with an Israeli man and a Serbian woman as managers.
