Bulgaria and Greece will soon sign a memorandum for the construction of the Alexandroupolis-Burgas oil pipeline, caretaker Minister of Energy Rosen Hristov said after the meeting with his Greek counterpart Kostas Skrekas. Rosen Hristov visited Greece where he attended the inauguration of a project for a gas-fired power plant in Alexandroupolis.
