Bulgarian cabinet waits for outgoing parliament to pass laws

All projects under the Recovery and Resilience Plan that are not related to decarbonization will be implemented, Deputy Prime Minister Atanas Pekanov told a forum discussing the financing of the plan. 

The Energy Ministry is working to substantiate the requested changes, which will be sent to Brussels, Pekanov also said.

He criticized the parliament for not adopting the 14 laws introduced by the government under the plan. I hope that in the last days of this parliament, the laws on the reforms on the rule of law and on the accountability of the chief prosecutor would be considered, because they would also help us to be accepted into Schengen, said Pekanov.
