Bulgaria's Defense Minister Dimitar Stoyanov is taking part in a two-day meeting (February 14-15) of the defense ministers of NATO member countries in Brussels. According to the press center of the Ministry of Defense, today, February 14, immediately before the event, Minister Stoyanov will attend a meeting of the Contact Group for Ukraine, together with Bulgaria's Chief of Defense, Admiral Emil Eftimov.
Among the highlights of the forum is the strengthening of the deterrence and defense potential of the Alliance in the context of preparations for the upcoming summit in Vilnius in July this year, and also the approval of the "Political Guidelines - 2023" for the new cycle of defense planning in the Alliance.
