At a joint press conference with the Bulgarian Head of State Rumen Radev, Montenegrin President Milo Đukanović said that his country was very grateful to Bulgaria for its support for Montenegro's EU membership. According to Đukanović, who is on an official visit to Bulgaria at the invitation of President Radev, Bulgaria and Montenegro have well-developed relations. Commenting on the war in Ukraine, both presidents condemned Russia's military actions and shared a common view that diplomatic efforts are needed to end them.
