Nigerian National Library CEO visits Sofia, meets Minister of Culture

Minister of Culture Nayden Todorov met today with the The Chief Executive Officer of the National Library of Nigeria, Prof. Chinwe Anunobi. The meeting was also attended by the Director of the Bulgarian National Library "Sts. Cyril and Methodius" Assoc. Prof. Dr. Krassimira Alexandrova. Professor Chinwe Anunobi and her delegation are in Bulgaria for the first time at the invitation of their Bulgarian colleagues. Preparations for the signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation between the two national libraries began during the visit.
Professor Chinwe Anunobi thanked for the warm reception and expressed her admiration for the way Bulgarians respect their history, preserve it and pass it on to future generations.
