Four voting sections have been opened in the Bulgarian embassy in Berlin and the fifth is in the Bulgarian Cultural Institute, located next to the Bulgarian mission, Valentin Velichkov informed us from the German capital. The Bulgarian also expressed satisfaction with the fact that all members of the electoral commissions in Berlin arrived on time with minor delays.
