18-year-old driver caused the death of two people in Sofia

A young woman and a man died after an 18-year-old driver hit them with his car on a sidewalk near the intersection of "Slivnitsa" and "Konstantin Velichkov" boulevards in Sofia. The incident happened at midnight when the driver lost control of the vehicle. He did not use alcohol or drugs, the tests performed on the spot showed. It is assumed that the inexperienced motorist was driving at very high speed.
