"And the greatest fortune is not about a car garage is filled with cars,/ it's not about bank savings and gold - it's about you and me on the beachfront, right?”
It was two summers ago when young singer Elena Sirakova took on the ambitious task of editing editing and assembly of years of authentic footage from her unforgettable summer vacations, and this act was an inspiration for her sweet laid-back summer song Purva Linia - "On the Beachfront". Music and lyrics are by Elena herself.
For performing and recording it the singer the singer again worked with the team she trusted unreservedly. Julian Yanev is on the keys, Momchil Kosev - guitar and trombone, Viktor Viktorov - drums, Radoslav Slavchev - bass guitar, Martin Bodurov - trumpet. At the last moment they are joined by Kaloyan Kumanov - accordion, who adds unique sound to the track.
"On the Beachfront" is part of Elena Sirakova's mini album of the same name, which is yet to be recorded. She is also thinking of putting together an album that will collect all her original music.
About the mini album Elena says: "This mini-album is like a journey into a parallel musical world to the rest of the music I've created and have yet to release. But I try to avoid setting boundaries. I like different styles of music, music that moves me deeply and makes me want to experience it all. I'd like to create in all these parallel musical realities a few, but sincere works of art. So in the mini-album you can expect a lot of stylistically diverse music, some of the stuff will be quite surprising - I can't wait for you to hear it and see how you take it."
Elena Sirakova will perform live acoustic in Sofia on July 27, along with Julian Yanev on keyboards and Alexander Slavchev on guitar.
