Bulgaria must upgrade its armed forces, Premier Nikolay Denkov said after the end of the first day of the NATO Summit in Lithuania. "We are increasing the number of NATO troops in Bulgaria 4 times. The multinational battle group is to be upgraded to a brigade level.
