Grigor Dimitrov with a decisive victory over Andy Murray in the US Open

The best Bulgarian tennis player Grigor Dimitrov beat the Scottish veteran and former world No. 1 Andy Murray and with a decisive victory in three sets (6:3, 6:4, 6:1) qualified for the third round of the US Open Tennis Championship. 


The next opponent of Bulgaria's Grigorov will be the German Alexander Zverev, who prevailed over his compatriot Daniel Altmaier.

Zverev is seeded at No. 12 in the tournament and has five wins from six matches against Dimitrov – the most recent one in Cincinnati.
