Аmbassador of the UAE to Bulgaria receives highest state order for foreigners

Bulgaria's President Rumen Radev has awarded the Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates, Sultan Rashid Alkaitoob Alnuaimi, with the Order of the Madara Horseman, first degree, at a ceremony in the Heraldic Hall of the Presidential Institution. 

The diplomat received the highest state award for his services to the development of bilateral relations between Bulgaria and the UAE. 

"Bulgaria highly values friendship with your country and people. We look forward to the future to strengthen our fruitful relations", the Bulgarian head of state said in his speech. He emphasized that he is satisfied with the intensive development of relations between Bulgaria and the Emirates and pointed out that the country is an important strategic partner in the Middle East region.
