On Tuesday morning there will be black ice in Northwestern Bulgaria. Minimum temperatures 2-3° C. below zero, for Sofia 1° C. below zero. During the day a gusty wind will usher in cold air in the North, and will clear away the clouds. In the afternoon there will be sun over most of the country. Daytime highs will reach 5-10° C., lower in the West, for Sofia around 2° C.
Over the Black Sea coast there will be clouds until midday, and sun in the afternoon. Air temperatures will range from 7 to 9° C., and will be close to the temperature of the sea water. Sea swell 2-3.
Over the mountains there will be clouds and light snow in some parts. In the afternoon there will be a tempestuous wind, and sun. Temperature at an altitude of 1,200 m. 2° below zero, at 2,000 m. 6° C. below zero.
