Two years after the start of the war in Ukraine, 30.7% of Bulgarians say they expect the war to be over by the end of the year, 49.9% say they do not, indicate data from a survey conducted by Gallup International for public service TV BNT. The survey results show that the supporters of the opposition parties are more skeptical regarding an end to the war in 2024, the supporters of the ruling parties are more optimistic. The younger respondents find it more difficult to formulate an opinion, as do the groups with a lower level of education and more limited access to information.
