NATO Supreme Allied Commander Transformation, General Philippe Lavigne is paying a visit to Bulgaria until March 8, the press center of the Ministry of Defense has reported.
The focus of his talks with the Chief of Defense Admiral Emil Eftimov are issues of mutual interest related to the defense planning of the Alliance, interoperability, investments in collective defense and in projects with multinational and joint funding in which Bulgaria participates.
