Vrazhdebna Air Base in Sofia opens its doors to visitors

On May 10, the Vrazhdebna Transport Airbase in Sofia holds a day of open doors, the airbase announced on Facebook. The event is dedicated to 40 years of L-410 and AN-26 aircraft in the composition of the Bulgarian Air Force. The doors of the airbase will be open to aviation enthusiasts from 09:50 to 14:00. Visitors will be able to see aircraft and aircraft maintenance equipment, small arms and equipment.

The Vrazhdebna Air Base, known as 16th Air Transport Base is the oldest operational aviation formation of the Bulgarian Air Force.
