Our country is at real risk of losing funds under the Recovery and Resilience Plan, European Commissioner for Innovation, Research, Culture, Education and Youth Iliana Ivanova said for bTV. ''So far, only one payment has been made under the Recovery and Resilience Plan, which happened at the end of 2022. We should be around the fourth payment now, but we haven't even received the second one yet", emphasized Commissioner Ivanova.
