The Japanese company "Tri-Wall Bulgaria" is among the newest investors in the Trakia Economic Zone. Representatives of the company officially announced their investment during a visit by caretaker Minister of Innovation and Growth Rosen Karadimov. The company stated that it has already purchased a plot of land on which it will build a production facility for paper and cardboard packaging by 2026.
''We trust our partners and thank the team of the Trakia Economic Zone", the company's representatives said. The Trakia Economic Zone specified that the company plans to invest over BGN 60 million (EUR 30.6 million) and has applied for a class "A" investor.
During the meeting with Minister Karadimov, projects for investments in the Trakia Economic Zone from "Schneider Electric Bulgaria" and the Chinese company "ZS Europe" were also presented. The Chinese investors are building a high-tech plant for aluminium parts for the automotive industry.
