The MPs of the 51st National Assembly continue their first session, which began on November 11. They will gather to try to elect their speaker for the fourth time. GERB-SDS confirmed again that they will not withdraw their candidacy - Raya Nazaryan. PP-DB, on the other hand, stated that they are giving up their nomination and will support that of ITN - Silvi Kirilov, in order to find a way out of the protracted election. "The will of the people is such that GERB-SDS should be the first political force," Denitsa Sacheva told bTV.

The second political force, PP-DB, motivated their decision to support Kirilov by saying that the ITN vowed to support the anti-corruption amendments and have signed the declaration for a "sanitary cordon" around Delyan Peevski.
