The leader of "Movement for Rights and Freedoms – New Beginning", Delyan Peevski, called on the parliamentary groups to fulfill only one responsibility – to adopt the state budget in order to guarantee the security of the country and the stability of its financial system. In his words, the implementation of this task, however, should not be affected by retaliatory actions or the serving of narrow partisan interests. According to Delyan Peevski, MPs need to show responsibility to protect the interests of the most vulnerable groups.

He also stated that the ailing democracy can only be healed with more democracy, and therefore, early parliamentary elections must be held.
