The fountain in the center of Bukata Garden, located near Madara Bath in Sofia, has been restored to its original form with the help of the Sofia Municipality.

All the elements of the figure have been made from brass in their original form. The restoration was carried out under the supervision of restorers from the Regional History Museum-Sofia, reads a statement from the Sofia Municipality. The new figure was installed before the Christmas holidays.

The fountain in Bukata Garden is one of the Secession-style fountains in Sofia, installed at the beginning of the 20th century. Such are also the fountains in the City Garden, in the Rosarium in the Boris Garden and in the Slaveykov Square.
