Weather forecast for Bulgaria for 6 January 2025

Sunny and pleasant January weather expected on Monday

On Monday the weather in Bulgaria will be mostly sunny with scattered high clouds. Before noon around the Danube, in the valleys and western regions of the Upper Thracian Lowland there will be fog. There will be a weak, in Eastern Bulgaria to moderate south-southwesterly wind, which will warm it up. 

The prevailing minimum temperatures tomorrow will be between minus 5°C and 0°C, in Sofia - around minus 5°C. 

Maximum temperatures will be between 7°C and 12°C, in Sofia - 5 -6°C.

In the mountains it will be sunny with scattered high clouds. A moderate westerly wind will blow. The maximum temperature at an altitude of 1,200 meters will be around 10°C, at 2,000 meters - around 4°C.

Along the Black Sea coast it will be mostly sunny with scattered high clouds. There will be a weak, along the northern coast a moderate south-southwesterly wind. Maximum temperatures will be between 9°C and 11°C.
