GERB-SDS, BSP – United Left and "There Is Such A People have signed an agreement outlining the main priorities for the future government, said the press center of GERB-SDS. The parliamentary group of Democracy, Rights and Freedoms – DPS affiliated with Ahmed Dogan has signed an annex, declaring support, which is an integral part of the agreement.

The agreement highlights the continuation of efforts for Bulgaria's membership in the eurozone, accelerating the implementation of the Recovery and Resilience Plan, decisive actions to address water shortages in the country and the modernization of the Bulgarian army.

Regarding the war in Ukraine, a commitment to peace in Europe is highlighted as a priority, maintaining support for Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity.

In the judicial field, priority is given to ensuring speed in judicial proceedings, anti-corruption policies and judicial reforms.

An analysis of the electoral process is planned, including clearing the voter lists from so-called "dead souls" and the introduction of counting centers.

Decisions within the coalition will be made through a Joint Governance Council, which will include three representatives from GERB-SDS, BSP-United Left and There Is Such a People, and two from Democracy, Rights and Freedoms-DPS. Ministers or experts on specific issues will participate in the council meetings, following coordination between the parties. The chairmanship of the Council will rotate every three months.
