39 percent of voters support the government and 29 percent disapprove of it

Support for the GERB party is 26.0%. Party leader Boyko Borissov has the highest trust among politicians with 24.4%, but also significant distrust of 49.4%, according to a representative survey by Alpha Research conducted in the period January 15 to 20th.

“We Continue the Change – Democratic Bulgaria” is the second political force with 13.4% approval. The “Vazdrazhdane” party is third with 13.1% support. “DPS – New Beginning” is fourth with 10.8%. "DPS -Democracy, Rights and Freedoms" has 7.5% electoral support. BSP has 8%, and those ready to vote for ITN are 6.2%. MECH party retains its 4% in the poll. 69% want a regular government and 19% of adult Bulgarians prefer new elections. The government of Prime Minister Rosen Zhelyazkov has the trust of 39% of the people. Distrust stands at 29 percent.
