The Society of Orpheus and Bacchus, also known as the SOBs, will perform tonight at 7pm at the Chamber Opera - Blagoevgrad.

This is an a cappella singing group from Yale University, founded in 1938, which makes the Society of Orpheus and Bacchus the second longest continuously running undergraduate a cappella group in the United States. Their repertoire is a mix of genres - from barbershop to jazz to pop and songs by artists such as Queen, Ariana Grande, Billy Eilish and others.

The Society of Orpheus and Bacchus will be joined on stage by the American University Choir. Admission to the concert is free, reports BTA.

This is the first time that the SOBs have visited Bulgaria. The concert in Blagoevgrad is organised by the Yale Club of Bulgaria and the Fulbright Bulgaria Commission, with the support of the American University in Bulgaria, the Southwestern University "Neofit Rilski" and the Blagoevgrad Municipality.
