This Saturday, May 3, the Bulgarian jazz duo Wladigeroff Brothers will perform in Toronto in a concert entitled Jazz Sketches. The co-organiser of the event, Eli Yordanov of the Elarte Foundation in Canada, announced on Facebook that the concert by the brothers Alexander and Konstantin Wladigeroff would take place in the hall of the Macedonian-Bulgarian Orthodox Church of Sts. Cyril and Methodius, starting at 19:30 local time.
Alexander Wladigeroff and Konstantin Wladigeroff are grandsons of the prominent Bulgarian composer Pantcho Wladigeroff. Alexander plays the trumpet and his brother the piano and clarinet.
The two have recorded six albums of original music, BTA recalls.
