Deputy Prime Minister Tomislav Donchev expects the country to receive the funds of the second payment under the Recovery and Resilience Plan by early autumn of this year. Donchev hopes that this year Bulgaria will also receive the third payment and in the first 8 months of next year it will receive the remaining 6 payments.
