Weather forecast for June 9

The week starts with hot weather and precipitation in some places

On Monday before noon it will be mostly sunny, but later clouds will form and in the western and mountainous regions rainfalls are expected. The highest temperatures will be between 29° and 34°C; higher in the southeastern regions. In Sofia – around 29°C.

In the mountains, it will be mostly sunny. In the afternoon clouds will bring short-term precipitation in places in the massifs in Western Bulgaria and in the Balkan Mountain. There will be light to moderate wind from the north-northwest. The highest temperature at an altitude of 1200 m will be around 22°C; at 2000 m – around 15°C.

At the Black Sea coast it will be mostly sunny. The highest temperatures will reach 26°-28°C and the sea water temperature is 22°C - 24°C.
