Our Cultural Attaché Eric had the honor of accepting the portrait from Mr. Tomov, who brought it from his picturesque village of Skandaloto. Galin Tomov is a craftsman who is reviving a forgotten craft by creating woven icons in the small village of Skandaloto near the town of Apriltsi.
