Cycling tour to the branches of the University of Ruse in Bulgaria and Moldova

"Angel Kanchev" University of Ruse has launched the first academic cycling tour in Bulgaria on a circular route, under the title "University of Ruse - 80 Years of Knowledge and Science". The initiative is part of the celebrations marking the 80th anniversary of the establishment of the University of Ruse and 70 years of academic sports in Ruse.

The cycling tour starts in front of the Rectorate of the University of Ruse and will pass successively through the branches in Razgrad, Silistra, Taraclia (Moldova) and Vidin. The tour route is approximately 1,600 km long and is planned to be completed in about 5 days.

The branch of the University of Ruse "Angel Kanchev" in Taraclia was officially opened on May 24, 2025.
