Following a successful club tour earlier this year and an international run of nearly 30 shows, Bulgarian rock veterans B.T.R. are heading back on the road with a new National Tour for 2025. The tour begins on 26 June in Ruse and concludes with a major concert at Hall 1 of the National Palace of Culture in Sofia on 8 October.

In a collaboration that is sure to excite fans of Bulgarian rock, musicians from the legendary band Ahat will be joining B.T.R. throughout the tour.

'We've been close friends with Ahat for years,' says Slavcho Nikolov, B.T.R.'s guitarist and main songwriter. 'Both bands share a passion for original music and have a lot in common creatively. This collaboration means they’ll be performing B.T.R. songs, and we’ll be playing some of Ahat’s classics — together on stage.”

Audiences can look forward to a powerful blend of voices and styles, with Zvezdi Keremidchiev and Atanas Penev — two of Bulgaria's most iconic rock singers — performing side by side.

It was the song “Vyara” (“Faith”) that brought B.T.R. and Ahat together for the first time in a true studio collaboration. Written by poet Volen Nikolaev in 2008 and set to music by Slavcho Nikolov in 2021, the track features the lead vocalists of both bands, Atanas Penev and Zvezdi Keremidchiev, and has become a powerful symbol of unity and shared spirit in Bulgarian rock. It’s a standout moment in both groups’ catalogues and is expected to be a highlight of their upcoming joint tour.
