This announcement was made by Tomislav Donchev, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Innovation, at the fifth edition of the SEE ITS Summit 2025, the largest innovation and technology forum in Southeast Europe, held at the Grand Hotel Millennium in Sofia.
“I believe this is entirely within the capacity of Bulgarian developers,” said Donchev.
