Werner Hoyer, President of the European Investment Bank (EIB) opened an EIB office in Sofia, with wishes for good projects in Bulgaria that will also benefit the EU.
At the official ceremony Prime Minister Boyko Borissov stated that he expected the bank to give Bulgarian businesses its support for projects under the Juncker plan and to offer consultations for future concessions.
