The 12th edition of the Sofia Menar Film Festival for cinema from the Middle East, Central Asia, and Northern Africa has opened in the Bulgarian capital city. The focus of the films shown at the festival until the end of the month is Islam. An interesting highlight in the forum is the presentation of co-productions between Scandinavian countries and countries in the Middle East.
