Bulgaria needs to invest the money allotted by the EU in the most affected sectors and in the industries of the future. Analyzing the Next Generation EU plan, MEP Andrey Kovatchev told the Bulgarian National Radio that it is not clear yet exactly how much money Bulgaria would receive from the EU to tackle with the coronavirus crisis. No one can say whether the EU member states will unanimously approve the European Commission’s proposal. It is clear that the money allotted to Bulgaria will be much more than the sum it pays to the EU budget, MEP Kovatchev commented. The proposal for Bulgaria is very good, including the grant to long-term loan ratio, Andrey Kovatchev says further. The long-term loan will not aggravate Bulgaria’s finances
