In an interview for Horizont channel of BNR, Filip Popov commented that a Grand National Assembly is convened by a two-thirds majority of all MPs, i.e. 160 MPs. He also doubted that the proposals of Premier Borissov regarding amendments to the constitution would be accepted by all parties represented at the Parliament, or by at least 160 MPs.
