President Radev has welcomed two of the projects included in “NATO 2030” which envisage creating a civil-military body for stimulating innovations in defense and establishing a financial fund for innovation. According to President Radev, there has been no change in the Alliance's position on Russia since 2014 and the approach towards China is very careful as Beijing is a significant economic partner of NATO members.
