Bulgaria will enter the "orange zone" for the spread of Covid-19 within days. According to the Ministry of Health's plan to fight the infection, measures must be taken, Health Minister Stoycho Katsarov told Nova TV.
"I claim that the restrictive measures in the country are the most liberal in all of Europe," the minister said, explaining that the restrictions in the plan are provided for all indoor events, not just restaurants, discos or bars.
"The measures in the Orange Zone envisage a reduction in capacity. Currently the limit is up to 50%.
"If the country enters the orange zone, the plan envisions reducing that capacity to 30%, not closing establishments entirely," Katsarov said.
