"There is nothing new we have to tell you, except that we will not support a government with your mandate", said the chairman of the parliamentary group of ITN party, Toshko Yordanov, to the leader of BSP for Bulgaria Kornelia Ninova during the consultations for utilization of the third exploratory mandate for forming a cabinet.

The ITN MP demanded that the specialized courts be closed in the remaining time of this parliament, and that the Prosecutor General's Office for Witness Protection be transferred to the Ministry of Justice. For her part, Kornelia Ninova described the demands as "patches" and expressed regret that no agreement had been reached on a permanent majority.
