The United States is sending a delegation to Sofia over the crisis in Ukraine

The US State Department will send an interangecy delegation to Sofia, Bucharest and Brussels next week, it announced. Among the topics to be discussed is Russia's aggression against Ukraine. 
Counselor of the Department Derek Chollet will lead the delegation which will meet in Sofia with representatives of the new Bulgarian government.

The department added that the strategic dialogue between the two countries, which began in January 2020 in the field of security, energy and the rule of law, will be continued.
