US State Department delegation to arrive in Bulgaria next week

An interagency delegation of the United States, led by Counselor to the US State Department Derek Chollet, will visit Bulgaria next week, the US State Department announced. 

Derek Chollet will meet with members of the Bulgarian government to continue the strategic dialogue on security, energy and the rule of law, which began in January 2020. The delegation will discuss a number of issues and consult with NATO allies and EU partners on Russian aggression against Ukraine. 
In addition to Sofia, Derek Chollet will also visit Bucharest and Brussels.
