Demonstration in front of the presidency in support of NATO

The “Boets” civic association expressed its support for NATO in front of the presidency. Participants in the demonstration demanded the immediate admission of allied troops and equipment to this country, sending of military aid to Ukraine and the resignation of Minister of Economy Korneliya Ninova. 

They also said that "President Rumen Radev's insinuations about repairing Bulgarian equipment in Russia" must be stopped. Manol Glishev, one of the organizers of the protest, told a BNR reporter that the goal of the participants was to support Bulgaria's active participation in NATO and support a not allied but friendly Ukraine. According to him, "Ukraine is currently in a war of independence against dangerous Russian aggression, and in practice is protecting the whole of Europe from potential escalation of the conflict."
