Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba, who is paying a 3-day working visit to Bulgaria, expressed gratitude to the Bulgarian government for the support rendered and for the help given to the Ukrainian citizens fleeing the war.
During his meeting with Bulgarian Prime minister Kiril Petkov, the two laid an emphasis on the Russian aggression and on the dire situation the civilian Ukrainian population is in.
