Bulgaria reports 2 Covid-related deaths in past day

25 is the number of new Covid-19 infections registered in the country out of 819 tests performed in the past 24 hours, 20 down on the previous day. More than 48% of the new cases of coronavirus infection are among the unvaccinated. The positivity rate stands at 3% versus 1.7% on Saturday, Single Coronavirus Information portal data show.

The number of active cases increased with 28 to 2,715. 1 person has been admitted to hospital in the past day. 185 patients with an established coronavirus infection are being treated in hospital, as 19 are in intensive care units. 2 Covid-related deaths have been registered in the past day. 5 people have been reported cured. 4 vaccine doses were administered on Saturday.
