The Constitutional Court does not deem military aid to Ukraine unconstitutional

The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Bulgaria rejected the request of 50 MPs from the 48th National Assembly to declare unconstitutional the two decisions of the Bulgarian Parliament (from November and December 2022) on the provision of military and military-technical support to Ukraine. Nine magistrates voted in favor and one voted against the ruling. The court terminated the proceedings.
